Writing the property description for a new property to the market. Selling it features and benefits to investment buyers and homeowners.​

My Solution:

The property is a small end-of-terrace in need of complete modernisation. But it has a lot of potential for someone willing to put the work in.

In my description, I was sure to be honest about the condition, supported by the photos. But to focus on the benefits the property has to offer. Writing in such a way that someone can image what it could be like to live there. Selling the potenetial lifestyle and the opportunity to put your own mark on your new home.
